Life Coaching is a thought-provoking and insightful partnership in which I help you connect to your own inner wisdom in order to identify roadblocks, create achievable goals, and develop a healthy perspective when addressing life challenges. My role is to facilitate the journey rather than provide advice, direction, or suggestions. This differs from business professionals (such as therapists, mentors, lawyers, consultants or doctors) who offer clients information, advice, road maps, and suggested plans of action. I can explain more in a free 30-minute discovery call.

First and foremost, there are no hidden costs and the initial 30-minute discovery call is always free.

Pricing varies, depending on Individual, Athlete, or Team programs and/or packages. I’m happy to discuss pricing during the free 30-minute Discovery Call.
