Lyndsey, I just finished both books! I read The Crabapple Tree first. I knew I'd like that one right away! Loved the Busy character! I just finished Trouble . . . this morning and very much enjoyed that as well! YOUR poetry in that book (I assume JJ's poems were/are yours) was awesome! I am at work so I can't go into depth, but I just wanted you to know I enjoyed both books and will pass them on to family and friends. See you soon!

Lyndsey, I just finished your book, "The Trouble With Emily Dickinson", and really wanted to tell you it's absolutely phenomenal. I couldn't put it down. Please don't stop writing. I can't wait to get into "The Crabapple Tree". You really got me motivated to start trying to finish stories I've started. I only hope they turn out half as well as yours. Thank you so much. Much love, Stephanie L. Osgood

Thanks for your book: it really spoke to me, and it allowed me to take time to realize why I'm afraid to come out. Maybe some day I'll have the courage that you have. =] I would recommend this book to anyone-gay or straight-because it teaches about acceptance of others and ourselves. Thanks, Lyndsey, for your inspiration!
