D'arc•Light Creative is a freelance writing venture that I started in the spring of 2006. My experience in advertising, journalism, higher education and the creative writing world has provided me with the ability to approach writing projects from a variety of angles. One thing that I always focus on is originality, harnessing the creative spirit in order to produce writing that is equally informative as it is entertaining.

When I was growing up, I had no idea there were so many ways to be a writer. I thought I either had to craft a best selling novel or become a journalist. Now, after garnering experience in a variety of writing mediums, I know that there are billions of ways to be a successful writer.
As a professional writer, I write novels, articles, advertisements, websites, short stories, columns, poetry and more.
Through public speaking, I am happy to educate young and aspiring writers about the many ways you can have a fulfilling writing career - from copywriting to creative writing to web writing and more! Being a writer is a wonderful career path and definitely worth pursuing!
